How did you make this?! Photoshop?
I used C4D Sphere with deformer tags and alpha channel on to get the, what was originally red, shape in the centre.
I used photoshop to do the rest, add a grey background. Painted the splatters behind it with a few custom brushes and colourised the entire thing to give it that old orange look. I erased parts of the C4D shape to make it look warn or tatty and finally ran it through a few filters to add a little texture to it.
